Chariton Valley Planning and Development has experience in leading multiple partners in evaluating future land uses and planning for change.
Most recently, CVP&D coordinated with land owners and public officials in evaluating existing and future land uses in Appanoose County. Several workshops were held to obtain input as to the direction the county should take to ensure that future land uses are compatible.
